RMP was founded in 2015 by Lou Matrisciano and Brian Emerick and incubated in the Orthovation Center at Micropulse, Inc in Columbia City, Indiana. The collective vision was to create a company that solved the problems our customers consistently struggled with in the implantable polymers market. Since then, we have moved into our own 48,000+ ft² building and have steadily grown by partnering with all sizes of orthopedic companies searching for a true partner with technical development expertise and full production capabilities and capacity.
