Assessment

All candidates being considered for employment, regardless of position, will take an assessment before being interviewed. This assessment gauges both mechanical aptitude (for certain positions) and culture fit (all positions). This assessment typically takes candidates 45 minutes to complete.

During this interview, we will sit down and have a conversation with you to determine if you are the right match for any current or future employment opportunities. We will also answer any questions that you may have about the position or RMP.
